Gina has over 15 years of advertising and marketing experience that covers everything from creative strategy, managing creative departments, art directing, leading teams to brainstrom, and ensuring brand consistency across all mediums. Additionally, Gina's background includes over 10 years of strategy and account service experience, running national campaigns for big brands such as Ralston Purina, H&R Block, Gatorade and Lane Bryant, to name a few.
More importantly, her key value is the ability to take a hard look at a marketing objective, and turn it into something that not only creates attention, but persuades the target demographic to move. Insight into the audience's needs and objections is a key to Gina's success.
Gina's work style is hands-on, focused, team-oriented and passionate— all because of her love for the industry. Her first job on the creative side was with Colorado's largest Direct Response firms, Heinrich Marketing. Response rates were continually assessed for clients like Bloomingdale's, Macy's, and other Federated Department Stores. As a result, she has a habit of always keeping the end result in mind when brainstorming, even if it's just a postcard or small banner ad. Fear of client dissapointment is always top of mind. Client success is her motivation.
Currently, Gina is looking for full-time employment since her move back home, from San Francisco. She is also available for freelance and consultation work.
